The weather network is not loading although, it was working this morning. It is not loading through my Bing search engine.

Desktop app running but indicates no internet connection. This in spite of the fact that all other internet dependent apps working normally. Have already switched off virus and firewall software to eliminate those as possible causes. Same thing also occurring on my laptop. In that case I uninstalled the weather network app and attempted to reinstall. All OK until I try to set the location for the new installation. It cannot complete do to apparent continued lack of internet connection. I have since installed app on my phone (iPhone XR) which appears to be working normally. After filling in all the info on the pointcast page to step 5 of 5 I try to connect to the weather Network Channel but it would just hang and the then give me a connection failure.

weather network loads, but there is no information on my laptop. My other laptop it works fine with the weather network.
Can’t get any local weather, cant even hit select to scroll for local city Pembroke. Television content has been out of service since August 2nd.
