This app is terrible! I’ve tried everything you suggested and still doesn’t work! Can’t access my roll ups tells me to put in verification code then sends it to my Gmail. Really important red “next”, “continue” and “submit order” buttons take 5 or 6 presses to respond.
Maybe they’re inactive or still loading? Sometimes they have a loader visible, sometimes they don’t. If the buttons are ready to be pressed they should look inactive. Awful.
App regularly takes 30 seconds to load the coffee screen where you customize your coffee by selecting size, number of sugars and creams. Ridiculous!

Your new Tims app will not work even if I unload the app and restart the app it will download and then shut off and I tried to restart my phone and still nothing. I’ve tried everything deleting Reloading. Ever since roll up the rim started I can’t use my app 1 have lost out on at least 15 roll up not to mention the deals I activated or would have activated.
