Toyota app will not open. Only Toyota symbol on screen. Once again, Toyota has the worst app I have ever used.
Besides this, I just realized, after car is 3 years old, certain options will not be available without paying subscription. This is the only car company that I have ever heard that does this. I just downloaded the Toyota app but can’t login. I tried reregistering, but the app says it wants me to sign in, because my info is already in use . When I try to sign in, it says it doesn’t recognize either my email address or phone number.
Just purchased a new Tundra. Salesman could not get the app to work. A message continuously says password incorrect. Resetting the password does not work. The system seems to think I had an ID and password in the past, but I have not owned a Toyota since 1975. Any help will be appreciated.
