Mobile app will not load. It’s been that way for months and I keep waiting for a fix. I have a new iPhone 14 with tons on memory. It was also a problem on my iPhone 12z I have tried reinstalling the app many times as well as rebooting my phone.

Your app stopped working about 6 weeks ago on my tablet it stopped on my phone also but has started working again but not on my tablet why?

The UPS app on my iPhone 12 Pro is verrry slow opening and frequently not at all past the UPS logo.
