2 month before …This is for the pc version of Weatherbug. For years now, we’ve had no map grid for the radar, just the cloud coverage/storms etc. This sounds like a layering issue in the program. Basically, there is no definition to where states or location of cities are on a map. You can zoom in, zoom out, but it’s still a guessing game as to what places you’re looking at. You can set favorite city and the marker is there, but it’s a blank white screen in the background. Also, lately it’s been saying “No internet connection detected,” but here we are…

The same problem others have…WeatherBug says no internet but the internet is fine otherwise I would not have this forum to tell you WeatherBug is not working. All other programs work fine. WeatherBug just stopped working. Downloaded the program again from your website…I uninstalled WeatherBug using your program. I reinstalled WeatherBug from your site and still WeatherBug says no internet…As a comparison, the Weather Channel works fine.

I keep getting the message on a black screen “No Internet Connection Detected” and when reinstalling it keep getting Script Error 0 http://www.google.com/jsapi and geoloc.htm. this is on a desktop PC windows 8.1. Been this way for a long time.
Work around for windows desktop users: Create a shortcut on your desktop. Right click then choose New. Select shortcut. Paste the following into the browse box:

Next provide a name for your shortcut. example: Weather Bug. An icon will appear on your desktop. Once you get to the weather bug screen, type in a appropriate zip code and your good to go.
My WeatherBug on my PC suddenly tells me that I have no internet connection but my internet is working fine. Have deleted it and reloaded but still no luck.
