Hello, here Erik from Holland. I have a new iphone 14, after the installation of the JW app, there are no possibilities for download workbooks for meetings. and control for new publications doesnt word either. it says controls failure.

JW Library is not responding on my tablet
The removal of the sidebar in JW Library App most recent update has been difficult and when doing studing and making notes a grey bar drops down from the top of the page, covering part of your reading and study material and is a constant distraction from effective note taking and research. Not sure if others have noticed this problem but the the placing of the bar at the bottom seems to have created this difficulty. You need to constantly move the page around and regularly start over just the get this grey box to be eliminated so you can toggle back and forth between note taking and your current study project. It was wonderful and even more colorful the way it was before with the sidebar for navigation through the different features available on JW Library. The grey box at the bottom and the constant gray drop down from the top is making my studying frustrating. Advise…
Dopo l’installazione della versione 13 non riesco più a scaricare nella Bibbia i contenuti multimediali audio, ne sul telefono Samsung S8, ne sul tablet Samsung Tab S5.
Quando eseguo la verifica mi dice che devo scaricare 1,2 gb di audio, lancio il download ed inizia a lampeggiare in basso una schermata con la voce apri che si sovrappone a quella del contenuto multimediale, dopo un po (diversi minuti, si ferma e dice che ha scaricato ad es. 300 mb, poi riprovo, e dice che ne ha scaricati 500 mb, poi riprovo e dice che ne ha scaricati solo 150 mb.
Inoltre vado su Genesi 1:1 e voglio ascoltare la lettura e l’audio dice : “lettura di Filemone cap.1”
Lettura random ma non quella del capitolo della pagina attiva.
Ho provato a cancellare la cache, disinstallare l’app e reinstallarla riaccendere i dispositivi, verificare le autorizzazioni, ho Spostato sia l’app che i contenuti dalla memoria alla scheda SD.

Install new update version 13. When I click the new library tab it crashes on my iPad and my MacBook. Both are M1 and have all the media downloaded. My phone is fine and iPad mini updated fine. Anyone with the same issue
I had jw.org loaded on my PC. It made my daily scripture access easy. After my computer crashed, I reloaded all my other programs but the jw.org. Each time I tried downloading the link, it takes me to the microsoft shops where I searched for same and again the download does not respong.

Yes, I’ve had the JW Library on my new Microsoft ‘HP Pavilion x360 m’ for about a month now. Everything about it has been working great until this morning. Now, all that it does when I click the app is it starts to open then closes just before the home page begins.
