JW Library locks up on install and won’t load terms of use!!!!!!! Running latest windows 11. PC is totally up to date with all drivers and software. Tried everything including reinstall multiple times same issue. Download direct from the JW website or Microsoft store same issue. Seems the developers are living in a state of insanity with multiple graphene covid shots blocking there brain to fix this issues. We can install anything else without issue so it is a developer issue. So on the end the JW Library is a piece of crap. Cheers to all having the same not fixed issue. I built a custom PC for a friend. Installed all drivers Windows 11 Home and updated everything. Installed a few apps (VLC Player, LibreOffice, 7-Zip, Audacity, Gimp, WatchTower Library on CD) and everything is working great. The same apps are on my computer which works fine. Internet-connected and working fine.
Having an issue with JW Library App. The app installs just fine and I can download publications, music, and videos. I can download Bibles. But once I download the Study Bible I can’t download anything else. It will not download or update any publication no more. Study Bible can’t download any Audio and Videos in the Cloud, but you can download videos separately for each Book Introduction manually instead of all at once in the Cloud. In settings, the app sees the location folders just fine, so that is not the issue!
Publications, Music, and Videos can be accessed and appears to work just fine, it just can’t download and or update once the Study Bible is installed.
Does the JW Library app have any issues with known software and or drivers\hardware?

Accessing jw.org on my jw library app stopped working and I have tried everything and I still cannot access it, what can be done?

Study Bible issue: Not all introductions to Bible books are being downloaded. From Judges to 2nd Chronicles 8 in total that I can see. I recently did a clean install of Windows 11, so this may be an issue concerning Windows 11. And when you download these files for the Study Bible, the indicator in how it informs you of its progress is terrible and useless … the indicator simply stops and you have no idea what it’s doing.

I’m having problems with my jw library app. The app is trying to “Check for new publications” but it keep saying “Check failed.” I press the refresh button but still it does the same thing. I can’t download any publications, I can’t download the Examining the Scriptures Daily-2021, I can’t even download videos. It says “Connect to the Internet to see available media.” However I have full internet connection it even show the breaking news on the top of the screen. I have uninstall and reinstall, I have reset the app, I even reset my pc. By the way, I have a Samsung Galaxy S Book w/ Microsoft account. I don’t know what else to do any help or suggestions will be much appreciated.
