Weatherbug problem, when trying to open the app on windows 11 pc I get a message that weatherbug cannot access the internet. I’m using Norton 360 which I went into and edited the firewall to full access for weatherbug. Still getting the same fault. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling and also tried the repair function.

WeatherBug no longer finds an Internet connection on load. Not on initial boot. Not loading it some time later.
Windows 11. Intel NUC 12 Extreme (Core i9, 10Gb Ethernet (wired)). It used to work on this machine but stopped a couple of months ago. Of course, no other applications have issues.
I really miss the The Weather Channel App, it was much better and never had these issues! I just wish someone would fix this or give us a working program like this or The Weather Channel app.

Weatherbug PC app does not connect to the internet on a frequent basis. It is not your internet or Wi-Fi, appears to be an incomplete or corrupted download or software problem of Weatherbug itself. It is not a new issue. Would love to have it work all the time as when it works it is one of the best weather apps. I also use an android phone and this also happens. I always have an alternate weather app handy. I do wish the Ground Truth (those who make Weatherbug) would fix this.

I have used weatherbug for years but now it’s not loading at all. I get a message that there is no internet connection but there is. Everything is working fine. It said check your firewall and I went in and added weatherbug but still not loading and it’s very frustrating. I’m using it on my desktop computer with windows 11. and it worked just fine until a couple days ago. What can I do to fix this?

weather bug will not download, says no internet connection. My connection to my computer is a direct separate internet line to the computer, nothing else on it. Tried different things.
