each time i open lidl plus it tries to start the cart turns twice and then the ap close . my iphone has the latest IOS and i have also tried to uninstall the app twice restarting after each deletition. but the problem is still there. This only started yesterday.
The frustrating thing is i have got freebies and i cannot collect them if i shop.

Over last few days Lidl Plus App on my phone keeps crashing. Had difficulty in store when using self-service checkout as App kept closing before i could scan it at till. After a few attempts I managed to do it but it was v frustrating, Now, at home, when app is opened it closes almost straight away again.

Tonight my Lidl app would not open it seems it has crashed as my spend is over £200 plus per month and tonight I spent £85 and was unable to claim my points. Can I just say my post code is SO31 if you check less than half a mile away a NEW Aldi has opened up I have been faithful to shop at Whitley Fareham store however there seems no point me continuing when I cant claim my points
