Toca Life World is taking forever to load and one of the characters is purple.

My daughter has only just starting having problem with Toca world.. the app loads and she goes to click on her house and it sticks on the loading screen! We have now tried everything and we are pretty annoyed after spending so much money on the game…

I just cleared data as per many, many people but it deletes all your houses, so now I have an upset child! I want my money back as she no longer wants to use it after wasting hours!!

Hi, my locations and houses are taking a while to load on to on the loading screen. I have tried clearing cache, restarting my device and my Internet connection is alright.
Toca Boca life world voxella festival isn’t loading. We paid for it and it’s not loading. We try to buy item and it says you already own this. We hit close and then it says oops, something went wrong, try again! We have tried over 10 times.

I’ve got a SD card now as it seemed that Toca world app would constantly quit working ( the icon would go gray so you couldn’t open it) would unload and reload. Thought purchasing the SD card would help but it hasn’t my daughter gets upset alot due to this issue cause it’s constant removing and re-adding. Any ideas

after loading when you press building, the app exit suddenly and go to the main screen

After opening and trying to load anything in game it doesn’t load at all just shows loading but doesn’t do anything. We paid money for app and other buildings like hospital, school, pool, etc and they won’t load. So if we can’t play we want our money back.

Instead of Uninstalling and reinstalling the app itself. When you open the app click the “reset” button. You won’t lose any purchases or other buildings and houses that you have. Just tried that on my daughter’s phone and it worked without losing anything.

My daughter and I cannot get this game to work. It has not loaded past entering the world and clicking on a location. We have done all the tips provided by your creators, internet connection, powering the phone down, redownloading the app, checking the cache and clearing that in Google Play and still nothing.
