is there somebody on that end that can help? This is ridiculous sense first i got involved with Total av every time i used it i had to uninstall and reinstall i did same think to day i and i get this note that i need to login with my primum account, i only know of one account.

  Mine crashes too when I first start my computer. Open Windows Security then click on Virus and Threat Protection, then on the right side of the box click on Manage Providers and you will see Total AV. Take your mouse and high light that box and you will see an arrow that is pointing down. Click on that arrow and turn on Total AV. I have to do this each time I start my computer and I hate it but it works.

The program constantly asks me to restart my computer to update. I restart and open the app and it tells me to restart the app to update… I’ve done this a lot an i can’t get anything working until it updates

Total AV crashes at least once a day. I have to uninstall and reinstall to get it working. This is the last time Total AV will be on my computer ever again. Their call center help is a joke and based in India. They know nothing at all about tech support.

Off more than it’s on. Every overnight and multiple times during the day. Useless support when and if they answer. Just asked for a refund as it’s mostly off and won’t load on my iPad either so multi device I paid for is also useless.

The program Crashed on startup of scanning for Auto start programs.
19 items scanned 7 items found & the it crashed/froze up.
It’s stuck in middle of screen. Cannot get it to restart & or delete/cancel from screen.
What are steps required to get it to restart/function again

App constantly freezes on my iMac and slows it down. Have to force quit. I’m running the latest Monterey OS 12.2.1, but the app was doing this before I upgraded my OS. I’m going to uninstall this app until there’s a fix or an update.

If I uninstall Total av, will I be able to install it later? It seems to make all my other programs to \R u n v e r y S L O W L Y . and it also seems to be the source of the many crashes I have. Please reply.
