So although I removed the TAV app, I still get renewal reminders on pop up nag screens. How can i stop them?

TOTALAV VPN – not safe to use.
I bought the subscription service because I wanted a VPN (Virtual private network) to keep my computer safe. Whilst using the VPN I had some problems and the support team used a remote log on to my computer to try to fix it, however they screwed it up and left me unable to get ANY internet connection to anything. They refused to believe that it could be their fault and REFUSED to talk with me about the problem. I had to try to resolve it by and chat sessions using a different computer. Even then they told me that they needed to remote connect to my computer, which of course was impossible. They said this 3 times before telling me to get a local IT expert to “fix it”, which I did. IT cost me £130 for the fix, and the expert gave me written evidence that TOTALAV WAS to blame. Needless to say, TOTALAV have ignored all my complaints, and just reply with messages from either total idiots or uncaring staff.
Do NOT use this software. The customer relations team are just ROBOTS.
